Mike Hawthorn in his Ferrari Dino 246 is depicted making a pit stop for fresh tires at half distance of the 1958 Italian Grand Prix at Monza. The Van Wall of Tony Brooks took the lead but a slippery clutch forced Brooks to a 2nd place finish. The blond Englishman Hawthorn would go on to Win the World Championship in 1958.
